Mr. Nicolae Valentin Vlăduț is the General Director and Senior Scientific Researcher (CS I) at the National Institute of Research and Development for Machines and Installations Designed for Agriculture and Food Industry (INMA), Bucharest, Romania, where he has dedicated his career to advancing agricultural engineering, mechanization, and sustainable technologies. He graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanics at the Politehnica University of Bucharest, pursued postgraduate studies in research, design, and biotechnical systems management, and later earned his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his professional journey, he has coordinated numerous research projects, contributed as a collaborator in many others, and played an important role in fostering innovation and technology transfer in the agri-food sector.
